1. Fee Structure, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy

1.1 Registration Fees

The registration fee is non-transferable and non-refundable and forms part of the total course fee. This fee is required to confirm and reserve the student’s seat in the batch. The registration fee will be adjusted against the last instalment of the total course fee. In case of withdrawal, cancellation, or non-continuation, the registration fee will be forfeited. The adjustment of the registration fee against the last instalment applies only if the student continues the course until the final instalment

1.2 Monthly Fees

Monthly instalments are payable on the 1st of each calendar month. The first monthly instalment must be paid within 3 calendar days of the batch start date. A grace period of 3 calendar days from the due date is allowed. Failure to pay within this period will result in suspension of class access until all dues are cleared. The institute is not responsible for missed sessions during suspension.

1.3 Invoice

The registration fee will be clearly mentioned on the invoice as non-refundable.

1.4 Upfront Option

An 8% discount is optional and applicable on the remaining course fee (excluding the registration fee) if the full remaining balance is paid within 30 calendar days from the batch start date. Upon such payment, no further monthly instalments will be due. This discount cannot be applied retrospectively to instalments already paid.

1.5 No Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, absence, discontinuation, or expulsion. 

1.6 No Recording Policy

Audio recording, video recording, photography, or distribution of any training content is strictly prohibited. All training materials and content are the intellectual property of the institute and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared in any form.

The institute reserves the right to deny or suspend access in case of non-compliance with fee or policy terms.
